Custom Memorial Paperweights from Your Loved One's Funeral Flowers
Preserving funeral flowers is a century old tradition to immortalize the passing of a loved one. We save funeral flowers as a memorial or tribute to hold on to a positive memory of a loved one. It gives us a sense of healing from the loss and bereavement.
As well as saving the flowers, I also offer the free service of placing an image of your loved one on the base of the paperweight. It can include their name and birth and death dates, or whatever you wish to make it a special heirloom to cherish. At no extra charge, I will edit any image to fit the paperweight base and delete any background "clutter". I can work with a large "digital" image that you can e-mail me, or, from an original photograph. You can send your favorite photograph with your flowers and I will be sure to send it back to you in perfect condition.

Paperweights are made of handcrafted glass made in America and share characteristics indicative of handcrafted glassware. These include small imperfections that should not be considered flaws or irregularities.
There are two ways to use your flowers and certain paperweights work best for the two different styles.
If your flowers are fresh, I can press them and create a beautiful pressed flower design.
If your flowers have dried already, or you have had them for a bit and they are wilting, then you can air dry them to be used as "confetti" style paperweights. This works best for the heirloom or heart paperweight. Click here for more detail in preparing and sending me your flowers.

Personalize the above paperweight with a photo. It can have name and date as well along with the picture. Paperweight will sit on rubber bumpers, so as not to damage the picture, which will be sprayed with a protective resin coating.
